Defective out of box. Customer Service is terrible!

Received this and promptly charged it. When to power it on to test and it will not power on at all. There is a spot for the on/off button and it looks like it's a button but it doers not move when pressed and does not power on. It looks like a plastic cutout and not a button that can be pushed.

Call customer service and the rep is off-putting and it does not appear like he even cares.

I ask for a return and replacement and he tells me I need to take photos and videos.. Wait, what? When you push the so called power button it either turns on or it does not. He says after I send the photos and videos they will review and contact me back at a later time. Wanna bet I never hear a word back from them?

AVOID this company like they have the plague. Glad I had not purchased my car fridge from them yet.
