The order still hasn’t been fulfilled

I ordered this two mins ago now. I was originally sent out a defective item with tear in the plastic slide release handle. At first, customer service refused to exchange, then they sent me a shipping label, and once the item was sent, they told me they wouldn’t be able to ship a replacement for a month. It has now been about two months and I still do not have a slide. Frankly, I’m about ready to put quality time into tiktok memes about how horrific this customer experience has been. Seriously, just buy the cheapest thing on Amazon instead, at least then you know it will be replaced or refunded in a timely manner if the item shows up with damage.

Great fridge

Bought this for my family of three. Everything fit for a 5 night camping trip. If you have a family of 4 I’d recommend moving up one size. Great quality and would recommend.
